The London Barre ® Technique is based on intelligent fitness– and ties together a wide range of movements borrowed from dance, yoga, functional training, and fascia fitness combining the most effective aspect of each one; resulting in a body that is balanced: both strong and flexible. Our barre program is rooted in heritage and is based on the original Lotte Berk technique as taught by her only daughter Esther Fairfax. But where other barre methods focus on only small movements we focus on whole-body movement.
