Experience the gentle, yet effective benefits of Zena Rommett Floor-Barre® with certified Master teacher Dawn Hillen. Based on the principles of ballet, Floor-Barre® uses the floor to correct and refine body alignment, strengthen joints, and address musculoskeletal restrictions.

This class will strengthen anything that is weak and lengthen anything that is tight. Dawn will guide and encourage you to improve posture, flexibility, range of motion and coordination in a positive environment. She will gently give you feedback to encourage the best possible results from this truly unique method.

Essentrics®

Essentrics  is a functional fitness  class designed to  address the needs of your full body: to build global strength and mobility while being respectful to its natural limitations. Targeted movements unlock and decompress the joints by stretching and strengthening the muscles that surround each one, while also lubricating and working the connective tissue (fascia). This unique, re-aligning and rebalancing approach is the key to a healthy, energetic, long-lasting and pain-free body.

PortDeBras™ is a unique combination of body conditioning and moving meditation that puts both your mind and body in perfect unison.This functional method uses elongating and strength conditioning techniques to work the body as a whole but with special attention to the spine. The arms, legs, hands and feet move together in coordination with the core. The result is a healthier, fitter YOU with increased flexibility, better posture, a healthy range of motion and long, lean muscles giving the body a sculpted and streamlined look.
